hey guys, well i've just gotten the jic magic exhaust and the billy boat test pipe on my 8. I gotta say, it sounds AWESOME!! anyways, i wanted to make my car a bit quicker so i was wondering what you guys would recommend. I was looking into getting a flywheel, aem cai, or anything else taht would make it somewhat quicker. Anyways, if you guys can help it would help a bunch.

U SHOULD REALLY SEARCH..........but i feel like being a nice guy, in terms of noticeable gain, id have to say a lighter flywheel, dont know of any tho, it'll free up the revs in the low rpms, i have the aem cai, it still feels the same but the sound did turn out nice, u could also do a hi flo cat.

I agree withmoostafa29, Get the Agency Power pulley. $150 and it comes with belts. I Noticed a good improvment with the middle of the rev range with it.

I have the AEM CAI and a Borla catback. I'm thinking about the Agency power pulley and high flow cat (a little concerned about noise). I've read on here that a high flow cat makes a difference. There are a few threads on the Agency power pulley and for $150, it aint too bad of a free up of power. If you do the flywheel, I'd do the clutch also. But I'm waiting on doing the entire package of gearing, clutch, and flywheel. Gearing is going to cost some grip but doing it all at once would make for one heck of a ride, not to mention cheaper too.

MAN this is an expensive habit ...

Contact corksport for a quote on the final gear. Its a bit of a wait, but I should have mine by early next month. Hopefully have that and a flywheel installed by early Sept. I'd recommend installing the pulleys yourself. It takes less than an hour, and is very easy.

Is there anytihng else you guys recommend?? how about the pulleys? are they hard to install? i wanna do SOME work on my car myself and maybe wanted to start by changing the pulleys

Pulleys, 3in exhaust and midpipe, intake are all mods that can be done yourself. A final gear is probalby a lot more than you think, and takes quite a long time to get.
