gear shifts
hello everyone. I want to know about perfect launch and gearshifts. as I have a 5 speed manual which have a fuel cutoff at 7800 rpm so what should I do to get the perfect launch and then how should I manage the rest of the shifting

you guys are all noobs.
there is no such thing as a 5 speed manual.
unless im a noob. which is possible.
there is the 4 speed auto. which, coincidentally has a much lower fuel cut off. (possibly 7.8k) which further lends to my theory that he indeed only has a 4 speed auto. and is taking the shift paddles to mean he has a manual transmission. however, this view is wrong, since the transmission still has a torque converter is is still an automatic.
the only mass produced manual car transmission with shift paddles are vw's DSG and bmw's SMG.

Here's a UK brochure for your reading pleasure. Note the 5sp manual.
