^^ Thanks... Ya know, to top it all off, the dealer is now under new management... Apparently, I can no longer borrow a lot car to use for the day. Wouldn't be so bad if not for the fact that the car Enterprise brought me was a friggin' Cavalier... If that doesn't show you why American manufacturers are losing business, then nothing will...

^Awesome! Have any video/audio you'd be willing to share? I've still got about another 24 hours before I can hear mine... How long have you had it? Is it loud enough that it ever bothers you?

My service manager is cool like that. When I talked to him to day about the possibility of installing my exhaust, he just said I needed to see if it would require welding. So, he walked me back to his office to take a look at the Hymee exhaust he was about to install on HIS personal 8. Just one more reason I love this dealer. lol

Bump for the video. Should actually get a decent set of clips after I get it back. Do take note of the beautiful clouds of white smoke billowing out of the exhaust. Yeah, it was seriously flooded.

you have to admit, that is one fine looking car

I noticed the exhaust note changes depending on temp... sometimes it's got a nice growl, other times it's a bit too much for my tastes.

i was thinking about that too...but when the borla showed up infront of my house i decided to try it on so i installed it with my friends...i was reving it alittle and driving it around for a bit. after that i just dont want to ever change my exhaust anymore. i just fell inlove with the exhaust tone and the exhaust actually looks pretty nice (not too big and does not look anything close to stock). it also definitely doesnt sound anything like a ricer and doesnt have any loud popping noise! it is just smoothe as hell. it also can be loud or silent when you want it to be. so i really recommend this exhaust.

^Exactly. It fit my criteria from every possible direction. Smooth sound (not a "raspy" honda tone), Deep tone, doesn't look like an APC fart-cannon, and the volume is directly proportional to throttle input (quiet at cruise, loud at WOT). Just an awesome product.

BUT, I have noticed the loud popping (only when I come off the gas from abouve 6-7k). I am LOVING that sound. lol Wonder if I'm spitting flames?

Gents, thanks. I'd been debating getting it for a while, but you've said the things I needed to hear, so after this sweet tax return comes in, someone here will be added to the group of Borla owners for their 8

I love the sound of the Borla, but I have one problem with it - the popping sound. Some clips of the exhaust are pop-free and sound incredible...others are full of pops. Is there some way to prevent these sounds?
