That is the small tank on the left side, I should have taken a picture after I put the pump in (It is in the bottom).
It actually only holds just a little less that the stock tank which surprised me.

I think you should make and sell those too.

The only question I have is why did you use so heavy a battery? Your choice saves only ~13lbs off the stock battery, the Odyssey PC680 saves 26lbs and starts the car fine.

The choice of battery is about reliability the 680 has 17 amp hours, just not enough for a daily driver that is going to have a lot of electronics. Not to mention if the car sits for a month the battery will die ( I travel and will some times be away from home three weeks at a time).
The 928 has 28 amp hours and is rated way above the stock unit. I will gladly trade 26 lbs for the piece of mind that everytime I get into my car it will start.

All you say is true and good reason to do what you did. Still if saving weight in the car is important, 26lbs is HUGE! You can find threads on here how difficult a task that is in this car.
I did this mod for performance reasons, handling, weight placement, acceleration, on track, that sort of thing. I can always put back the stocker, and do when I'm not tracking for periods of time, or in the winter.

My guess, is you've signed up for Pettit Racing's SC install??? I mean, they're next door practically, yes?

On the other hand if you need more space in the engine bay and want more weight in the rear then the trunk option might server you better.

All my previous cars have had batteries relocated and the wiring does not add much weight at all. My CRX has the battery in the hatch and I have it grounded there so there is only one cable that runs up front. However, the RX8 has perfect 50/50 balance so I would use this idea, as it would not screw things up as much weight wise as would moving the factory battery or equivilent to the trunk. Also, my CRX only has engine electronics and basic lighting and that is it. The RX8 would require a more complicated grounding structure.
