Greddy eManage Installed and Dynoed - Results + Problems!!
Hello All,
Well I finally got my eManage installed and tuned and it was a total waste of time. For some reason when we tried to change the AFR's the computer would just ignore the value and chug along at 11.8-12.1. We made the changes (-5%) at 6000RPM + at 100% throttle and dyno tested in 4th gear and it made no difference! Has anyone experienced this? and is this the norm? For those that are interested the results are below ... any help would be much appreciated!
Mods - SR Motorsports Hi Flow Cat, K&N Drop In Filter
Before eManage - 174HP, 132 TQ
After eManage - 176HP, 129 TQ
Dyno - Dynojet
Temp - 85F
I was suprised my baseline dyno was so low with the hi flow, but from all the datalogging the car was running perfectly smooth with a 11.8-12 AFR straight across the board. It just seems that there isn't much I can get out of the engine without a stand alone so that I can control the timing etc as well.
Cheers,

It's the eManage Blue from a turbo kit and I'm not aware of any fixes that can be applied to it. The strange thing is that leaning the AFR 5% after 6000RPM to redline at WOT didn't do anything because the AFR still stayed around 12 ... sound like the ECU was compensating and ignoring the commands from the eManage.
