Cool Greddy SP2 and mid pipe, tuning?

I am ordering the AEM v2 CAI, Greddy sp2 catback and mid pipe (race pipe).
Would these mods require tuning?
Using a mid pipe wouldnt the check engine light be on?
Should I use 02 sims or should I just tune the car?
Where can I get 02 sims?

How much does custom tuning usually run?

Here are links to parts I am ordering..

Greddy SP2

Mid Pipe

AEM intake

Also this mid pipe and greddy sp2 should mate up perfect correct?

Thanks guys!

Don't require tuning.

Yes, there is a large chance that the CEL will come on. O2 fooler is only marginally effective. Have about a 60% chance of tripping your CEL. Better off getting the RP Supercat/hi-flow cat. They are running a group buy on it right now in the group buy section. Won't trip CEL, and at most you may lose 1-2 hp. And it fits fine with all the catback exhausts.

To tune this engine, we currently don't have anybody that does a simple flash, you need a Canzoomer unit. You can find used ones (with software & cables) in the for sale section for like $300-$500. from there it usually takes an hour or two for them to tune it (base it on their hourly rate.

I dont want to keep the cats.
I like the sound of no cats. Whats my option if I want to order the mid pipe without cats and not wanting a CEL light.

^^ not strictly honda acura, as there are a couple applications for mitsubishi, but the entire v2 application is honda's, acura's, and mitsu's

no options, midpipe will trigger CEL

A hfc (high flow cat) shouldn't throw a CEL
