It could be flooded - try push or pull starting it .
also try disconnecting the Emangle & reconnecting the stock ECU (just to get it going)

Probably a good thing you can't get it started because it sounds like you need to do some reading up before you go much further .

First thing to do is order the Accessport from MM (the guy in post 3) - the Emangle is a poor tuning option and will give you more headaches than you can imagine right now .

Then while you wait for that , read up as many turbo install threads as you can starting with the 'greddy turbo fixes' thread .

Once you get the car started you can run it NA (up to about 5000rpm ) on the stock computer , if you pull off the wastgate control arm .

There is a deflood proceedure in the owners manual .
But way better to push start it - do you know how to do that ?

The greddy turbo kit comes with a medal seal plate that goes I'm the
intake manifold to block a hole. Well I
never put that in. Would that have somthing to do with it. An if I shorten up the vacuum lines will that help vacuum pressure to help it start

none of those will stop it from starting .
The blocking plate is a good idea but not essential .
