Has anybody ever had problems with TurboXS as a company?

Has anybody ever had problems with TurboXS as a company?

Here is my experience with them so far.. I ordered my RX8 exhaust and race pipe from them on November 27th. I received an email from them shortly after informing me that the exhaust was on back order and they would receive some around December 10th. So I waited. On December 10th I had not heard anything from them so I decided to call.

A lady named Stephany picked up almost immediately. She was very nice and helpful and said that it had been discontinued, but they were bringing it back due to high sales volume. This struck me as odd.. If they were discontinued or on back order, why is this information not mentioned on the website? Also it even says they are available. She told me they would have some on the 21st and they would ship it to me immediately.

I called again on the 21st and she said she apolagized and that they won't get it in until the 22nd, and they may or may not get around to shipping it by the end of the 22nd. This would mean, she explained, that I would have to wait until sometime in January to receive my exhaust..

I still haven't received it nor can I get a hold of the company anymore. I'm a patient man I just really want this thing to come in and I'm starting to wonder if I just had my money taken. I don't know anything about TurboXS or if they are a trust worthy company and I payed through paypal.. So if anybody has heard anything like this from them please let me know.

It's the holidays and many company's shutdown for this week

And why is this posted in Aftermarket Performance?

Service issues should be posted in the Good/Bad Guy forum area

A buddy of mine works for them. They are a local company were I am from. Again it is the holiday season...They are legit though

I had a good relationship with them. They went out of their way to get me a flawless product. I would just chalk it up to the holidays. I know the guy I dealt with is actually out of the country I think.

Yeah it wa sjust because of the holidays. They're a great company I'd buy from them again :D

yeah ditto, great bunch of people at Turboxs. Im going on 4 years with my app. made a few tweeks to the original design for my personal liking but it was only cause i was bored one day and needed something to do. lol. They have a nice product. I also got the midpipe thrown in the deal.
