Help deciding which exhaust to go with...

I've try searching for any posts on this, but from what i found im still having dilemma over which to get. The videoclips dont really help me so ihope ican make a decision from your helpful inputs on this. Borla, Turbo XS w/ racepipe or Agency Power w/ midpipe? any disadvantages and advantages on getting any of these would be helpful on deciding also. Thanks guys!

Most of the video clips do not do justice for any rotary-engined cars. Also, our cars sound different when under load and most of the clips I see are when the car is stationary.

You have to decide what you want out of an exhaust. Currently, I'm running the Greddy SE exhaust. I used to run the Mazdaspeed Version 2 Catback Exhaust. Both are considered tame and more on the quiet side by many. But I think it's pretty loud when you mash it and you can still set off alarms in parking lots and still get a lot of attention.

I personally thought the Agency Power exhaust sounded too tinny. I thought the HKS was nice but extremely loud. I love the JIC titanium exhaust sound but it's too expensive.

There are a lot of factors when deciding the right exhaust for you. As for advantages or disadvantages over the other - some flow better some don't. You don't gain much power from exhaust anyways unless you start getting fancy with custom piping, custom collectors, and etc.

if you dont care how loud it will be get the turboxs, thats what I went with and let me just say its damn loud, but has a great sound to it.

If you want something more tame and less on the super aggressive side go towards the greddy se exhaust

Racing Beat or Borla, imho. As an 'ear of the beholder' item, do be sure you hear them in person.

were you using it with your cat or with a midpipe?

When you say loud.. do you mean, droning loud or farting, ricebox loud?
