Help!, HKS Twin Power

Ok, so I tried to install the twin power. But the car just wont start up afterwards.
It will crank but not start. I checked the leading and trail connections and they seem correct.

For those that does have the twin power, few questions
1. The LED on the amplifier, when does it come on? I have not seen it lit. Does it come on after the car is running??
2. For the leading/trailing harnesses, is there any specific order? Or till a leading hardness goes to a leading coil, a trailing harness goes to a trailing coil is fine?

Thanx

1. LED lights up when IGN is on regardless of engine running

2. white cable tie, black cable tie. No specific order. I just followed that, took apunt on which white / black goes where & bingo. All worked well
