I have the hks hi power which sounds great, my buddy used to have an rx8 with the greddy se but i really only got to hear it when he got on it and it sounded really really good also...I dont really like the sp2 which alot of ppl on here seem to like...If your going with a midpipe i hear and hks hi power+midpipe is way too loud? Maybe just certain midpipes not sure

I'm running HKS Hi Power and OEM cat. My buds tell me that I shoot little flames on canyon runs. My vote is HKS if you don't mind only having 1 tip

Don't think soo, but i don't care about flames just worried about the sound lol You'll get backfires for sure, mine does quite a bit but i hear other exhausts do the same

If you want a loud deep sound and don't care about a missing tip then the hi power is def what you want...and good price...I bought mine for about 450 brand new...I really do like the greddy se though...the sound is kinda similar too the hi power and its dual

I went to a local performance shop and they ordered it for me...or you can also order it from www.fluidmotorsports.com which is a great site to buy anything for the rx8

no offense dude.. but that's gotta be the ricer quote of the day. i hope that's not the sole purpose of you getting an exhaust haha. just get any exhaust with a straight pipe or a catless midpipe and you'll be shooting some flames

I wake up every morning and promise myself that I'm not going to buy an exhaust before suspension...... but if I were I would go HKS from what I've heard! I want it so bad lol.

IMO, the HKS sounds really good, but so does Greddy. The sound isn't that much
different, you have two holes in your rear diffuser, make use of them.

I've had the sp2 and evott from greddy. the evott was so nice and deep. people for some reason always thought i had turbo with that exhuast. it was really light too. but with what i'm planning for the future i'm going to go with an HKS hiper. i want the weight savings. this build around is going to be all out performance. it's nice to have dual exhaust but i don't need it, but that's just me so to each their own.

i love the sound of the hks, but i'm not a fan of the single tip. I was tryin to decide between a SE or an SP2 and i've decided on an SE. Cost less, sounds exactly the same to me, and the SE just looks nicer. I love Ti tips personally
