CT HKS high power exhaust questions.

So i am researching exhausts for my 8 and i really like the sound of the hks hi power. It is also price very reasonably. However i am not sure if it will fit directly on to the 8. is there any work required?

i did find one online that looks different to all of the others. It looks like it is already fabricated to bolt directly on to the 8. Has any one purchased or seen this exhaust. Have a look...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HKS-H...ht_2498wt_1166

ANy help will be appreciated?

There's not fab work to do. It's a direct bolt on from HKS. The one you see in that pic on ebay is what the kit is.

most websites use a universal picture but the ebay picture is what you'd get if you ordered it from any place for your car

If you're not mechanically inclined pay someone...if you think you can do it then do it, it's pretty simple. I did mine in about a 45mins, which includes throwing the car up on jack stands.

or get a pair of jack stands from your local auto parts store or walmart for like $20 or $30 and keep the back end up, its super easy to do an exhaust

get a buddy to help you drop down the old exhaust off of the rubber hangers, it just makes the job 10x easier, its not impossible to do yourself but having help never hurts

You really want to **** off the neighbors? Then buy a cat-less midpipe to go with it...everyone definitely hears me coming atleast half mile away.

Its easy to change the exhaust out ----- AS LONG AS the bolts of the old one arent seized.

if they are seized ... its going to take some time to get it off. and you will need to get new bolts for it.

That price from 2kracing does not include shipping fyi. If you are from Cali, it would be much better to buy from Charles Hill due to tax.
