I forgot to tell you I saw the videos of your car so often... You are like my hero! HKS-everything, TE37's... may I ask what suspension setup are you running?

c'mon Yan as if there was ANY doubt that XdeedubbX would have anything BUT an HKS suspension system.
I've actually driven Xdeedubbx's car and the hipermax coilovers feel SWEEEEET!

Personally, I was more leaning toward TEIN Mono Flex for these 4 reasons:
- Stiffer than most coil-overs on the market (only top-of-the-line Zeal's are 1kg stiffer in the rear).
- Monotube for superior damping (I have tried both twin and mono on my Pro and the mono's are far superior, IMO)
- 10kg/7kg make it the same stiffness as the JIC FLT-A2 Hard and 200$ cheaper
- Damping are supposed to be better than most other Japan-made coil-overs

I have a 03 Protegé LX (returning back to stock to buy a RX-8) with the following suspension:
- Custom-made JIC FLT-A2RS with 9kg/7kg (About 500/400lb.-inch, ~100lbs less than World Challenge Protegé's)
- AWR front and rear spherical-bearing anti-roll bar links
- AWR 21.5mm adjustable rear sway-bar
- AWR rear trailing arms
- Cusco front strut-bar
- Custom alignement specs (very agressive for a daily-driver lol)
So, the LX being the lightest 2.0L Protegé here in Canada, combined with that stuff, needless to say that my car was... lively!
As a comparaison, my Pro weight about 1194kg and have 4 struts, meaning the relation between spring rate and actual rate is direct. The RX-8 is 1389kg and have a wishbone/multilink setup, which necessitate higher spring rate to acheive comparable results due to the "lever" effect of a wishbone/multilink setup.
So, to resume lol, I actually think tha the 8 will feel softer than my Pro!
PS: Guys, what anti-roll bars are your favorite? I'm torn betwwen the Agency Power setup and the Mazdaspeed set... Thread here:
