HKS + supercat?

I have the RP supercat and thinking about the HKS single outlet but not sure on how loud it will be... I know people have said it would be loud but wondering if anyone has actually heard this combo... currently have RB dual, but I do like the sound of HKS and it's so much lighter... any opinions?

so your saying a high flow cat won't quiet this exhaust down as much as just a resonater? or you'll need both a high flow cat AND resonator to keep this thing quiet?

high flow cat increases noise, so if anything, to keep it quiet I'd wanna switch back to the stock cat... so I guess I'll wait on the HKS till I'm ready to get FI. Thanks for responses

if your running a hi flow cat you must also attach another resonator to quiet it down if you will be doing street driving.

There was a video link posted a long time ago of an rx8 with an RB single and either a resonated/catless midpipe or a high flow cat midpipe, can't remember which it was. But either way it wasn't near as loud as I thought it'd be, but videos can be deceiving.

I have my HKS single sitting in my garage and it'll be mated with an rx8store catless/resonated midpipe. We'll see how it is! Probably will be way too loud, that's what I'm expecting, but you'll never know until you try.
