Hydraulic e-brake (for Rear BBK's)
#26
And yes you really do need larger diameter rear rotors if you install a front BBK. When I only had the front BBK I had more nose dive and my 60-0MPH braking distance increased over stock sized rotors, with the rear BBK my stopping distance was just a few feet shorter then stock style set up.
Now does anyone really need a BBK at all??? Simple answer is no. The stock brakes with good pads work great. We can loose some weight with 2-piece rotors and even more with the stock sized rotors and aluminum calipers up front.
I only went with the front and rear bbk because I was adding FI and front splitter (reduces air flow to brakes) and wanted to play it safe. Before FI and the splitter, I was getting front brake rotor temp readings of 1000deg in the hit pits.

I am doing a 20B swap on mine, going twin turbo, I think it's best to have good braking. For now I have been busy working and haven't had a chance to work on the car much. It's been from shop to shop, long story short, it's back on track (thank God.)
