Hydraulics or Air suspension
Hey, I need help choosing between an air suspension and Hydraulics for my RX8.
I need it to constantly change the height of my ride.
Thanks in advance.

ummmmmmmmmm, neither. its a sports car. you do either and there goes the beautiful handling. anyway, it will be pretty difficult to do either as there will be hardly any room to mount new shocks, and without shocks, its gonna ride really, really bad with either airbags or hydraulics

On a related note, I'm thinking of getting a sweet diamond tuck-and-roll velvet interior, spoked wheels, and a naked lady airbrushed on the hood. Where's the best place to get this done in Houston?

i dunno if you will find much help on here. when you say constantly...how often. If you get a good set of coilovers, you can get the hang of it and with some air tools change the ride height in about 1hr.

Plenty of places here in New Mexico can help you with this. I'm bouncin' my lo-lo 8. I got a naked lady AND and a howling wolf on the hood! Plus, I had my last name stenciled in caligraphy on the back window.

Shouldnt this be in the wheels/tires/suspension forum? Or better... cardomain.com?
Don't forget the neon license plate covers.. you know, to deflect the radar. Oh, and you in houston... there should be plenty of places to do that for you. You know, since its the ghetto of texas (random burn on houston).

your going to regret it! If you get bags, eventually they will leak. Nothing you can do about it. Bouncy ride, it will feel like your driving a cadillac. As far as hydros goes, you have to contantly charge the batteries. Please don't F#CK up your car with that crap. They belong on mini trucks and impala's!

sorry i quite like to talk and don't plan on stopping, sorry. but why is it so hard to just help someone w/o trashing their opinions? as you can see you've prolly turned him off the site since his thread count is still at 1.

i've been helping people since august of 2003 on this forum, answering the same questions for the billionth time is not as much fun as you think it is...
on another note, people come and go on this forum, big deal.. another one bites the dust!

i wasn't reffering to anyone in particular i was just stating that the guy had a question you actually answered it that made a funny comment some don;t do that they just say some wise *** comment or the do the whole "search, use search, or link to the how to use search button thing" just kinda irritates me
