i want to buy and exhaust but i only want to spend about 800 at most, i want something that sounds really good, any ideas on what one i should buy?

 

You can get the Agency Power exhaust for around there & possibly cheaper. A lot of people like their Greddy also. Only plus between the two I can think of is that the AP comes with a midpipe incase one day you go FI.. Plenty of threads covering all the different exhaust running around here.

Everyone's going to tell you to use the search button...which you SHOULD do. You could search for weeks on this forum and get the answer to almost anything you want.

I'm in the market for an exhaust as well. I've read a ton of threads. The one mentioned above is good for info but all of the soundclips are dead links now. Go on you tube and some vendor sites to hear the sounds.

I'm leaning towards the Racing Beat setup myself.

 

Might get the mazdaspeed one myself, doesnt sound bad and looks pretty good as well.

 

loud-ish or quiet-ish? racing beat dual sounds nice which is what I have, but every time I hear the HKS single I kinda wish I had that lol.

 

The Hymee exhaust is really good. It does not sound raspy, it's deep but not too loud. It is deffinately noticable. Some people tell me it sounds like an Indy car. I haven't heard it outside the car for a driveby yet. I dont like people driving my car so I might never hear it driving by.

Im thinking about getting the Tanabe Touring. Anyone have experience with that system?

 

Any QUALITY complete setup will cost you at least $700-$800 when all said and done unless its used or is crap. I have the greddy sp2 with RP supercat. I like it alot and it was reasonable on the wallet.
I also like the Borla exhaust note, lower, deeper growl vs. the higher, louder greddy.
The MS is pretty quiet and the Racing Beat even moreso, if you want to keep the note low. Do a search and choose based on what you like in appearance and sound, none of them are much diff as far as HP gains go.

and then tell me whether my exhaust sucks, I bought it from this site almost brand new (like 2k mile or something on it?)
I cleaned her up and installed her clean myself, alot of my friends in the list above bought their **** for very cheap, and I bet their NA cars are faster than your NA cars...........

Learn to read before you post Taj. There were 2 categories i cited..."used or crap". Yours obviously falls under used.
