Question K&N Typhoon.....

Two questions.

1. Is the K&N Typhoon CAI any good?

2. If/When I get the K&N Typhoon CAI do I have to install a high flow cat back or is the stock one good for now?

1. I don't believe K&N make CAI. They typhoon V2 is a short ram intake.

2. You can do stock or highflow cat. I think the question your trying to ask is what is better for air restriction. The answer to that is by going high flow cat.

1. K&N is a Short Ram Intake, not Cold Air Intake. IS good, I have it for almost 2 years. I removed it because I want to try "something new". The intake is still in my garage. maybe a year from now I'll be tired of the Mazdaspeed one and reinstall that one back

2. You dont have to.
