The inner diameter of the hose is just a tad smaller than the flange on the throttle body.
I ended up having to take the screw out of the hose clamp, so that I could install the clamp around the hose after stretching it around the TB. What worked for me was to get one patch of the hose "engaged" on the flange, then kind of stretch it around a little bit at a time.

Drive down to South Carolina where it is so damn hot that the hose will just melt onto the throttle body. Seriously though, if you let the hose heat up in the direct sun, it becomes much easier to compensate for being slightly undersized.

yea whats the deal with the typhoon K & N, what about AEM's RX-8 intake. Does the K & N deliver the promised 9 hp and i heard you need to reset electrical and let car idle with new intake installation?
