Life of Aftermarket Exhaust?

I am not that familiar with the life of exhausts and wanted to see if they last a long time... i am thinkin gof buying a used JIC stainless steel exhaust but it has 30K miles on it.. is that still okay and would it last like a stock one?

30K miles already on it ? nah

unless you're getting it for like 15% of its retail price.

The JIC has the wrap-around hangers that fit around the pipe and bolt tight, so what happened on Expo's Greddy won't happen on this exhaust. The way the hanger was welded directly onto the Greddy pipe and in such a small area is what caused the tube material to fatigue and fail.

IMO you should get a long life from the JIC exhaust.

I bought an Rb Exhaust used... after some elbow grease with some English Custom hot metal polish, no one would be able to tell it was used
