Its actually a surprisingly comprehensive collection of parts.
Now, the quality is an unknown, but if I were looking to build a quick and dirty twin setup on a Fox-body Mustang, I might grab it.

I like the part - "IT JUST NEEDS THE TWIN TURBO MANIFOLD ".

Just.

^Was about to say the same thing. "Just" the manifold

BTW those turbochargers look exactly the same size. Why would you need two of the same sized turbochargers?

You remember what Kane did to that Landcruiser?

Well, I have a little beater that probably isn't going to make it much longer. I was seriously thinking of buying of those turbo kits on Ebay - slap it on and just run the snot out of it till something pops...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you don't gain much power from a parallel system do you? One turbo doesn't spool up faster than the other, and I would think a larger single turbo would flow much more air. I always thought twin-turbo systems were made for power band efficiency, not peak power (which sequencial systems do). Whats the purpose of a parallel twin turbo kit?

I'm used to seeing twin turbo kits utilizing the same size turbo on larger engines such as V8s. On some V8 cases each turbo will be giving half of the engine (4 cylinders per turbo) and the two turbos can spool up quickly and yet provide enough flow at higher RPMs for all of the cylinders. I don't know why anyone would consider doing it for a rotary or 4 cylinder though unless they were using some crazy dual VATN setup (on the 4 cylinder, and on the 8 our single setup possibilities seem adequate)... Just my two cents and here's an example: Lingenfelter Twin-Turbo LS7 Package

Now I can't talk to what a single larger turbine would do when paired with a high flowing engine like the LS7...

Single turbo setups can be a nightmare on piston engines with V configurations because of fitment issues. How many single turbo 300zx's do you see? There are good reasons for going with a parallel twin setup in many cases, not that it doesn't have its drawbacks. Both the 300zx TT and the 3000GT VR-4 are twin parallel turbo setups from the factory.

There is a guy on the Rx-7 forums who runs twin T3/T04E 46 trims (slightly bigger in most dimensions than a GT3071 actually) in parallel and makes around 500whp with an alcohol injection setup. On the 13B-REW you have two exhaust ports, so that makes twin parallel turbos more feasible than on the Renesis.
