Why 500 hp? What exactly are you trying to do with this car?
Anyway, that's GReddy's turbo kit. I believe it uses a TD-05 turbocharger, or something similar in that magnitude. I highly doubt 500 hp with the kit however. I'm sure the throttle response kicks ***.
8inVegas, if you seriously want 500 hp, a good rule of thumb is to invest in a large turbocharger, such as a GT35R. Actually, it's all in the tuning. Pick and choose.

380 seems a bit out of range right now. damn.

If you had 200 ft lbs of torque at 8000 rpm, you'd have 304.6 hp. If your torque peak was at 6000 rpm, you'd have 228.48 hp at 6000 rpm but not 304.6 higher. Where do you want 200 ft lbs of torque? Remember that under 5252 rpm you will always have more torque than horsepower and over 5252 rpm you will always have more horsepower than torque. Kowing how much horsepower or torque you have at any one rpm wil only tell you how much of the other you have at that same rpm. If you had 200 ft lbs of torque at 3000 rpm, you'd only have 114.24 hp at that rpm.

basically, I'd like to see 0-60 numbers below 5sec. I'm just making a guess that the extra torque will put it there,
I can really care less about hp, I want a faster car, extra hp doesn't necessarily mean it's gonna be that much faster, but extra torque will right?

I thought torque quickens the car, hp makes it fast. plus gearing and all that. its all confusing to me but I thought with the same gearing in any given car that if you increase the torque or power that the other will be increased according to that other number, torque or hp. isnt that about rigth?

tat's 3 different car.. interesting!! i need more detail info. about those cars.
by the way.. i only need 320hp at wheel tat's enough for me. after light up the car.. i think 0~60 can beat under 4.5s

in the second pic, the car has a 4point strut bar, but it doesn't look like a RHD car, because it doesn't have the windscreen fluid box. could this be a 4p strut bar for the us-europian cars?

if i wanted to achieve 500 hp. let's see what needs to be redone.
Intake, spark plugs and wires, new pulleys, bigger radiator, new stainless steel headers, cat back exhaust, midpipe, gt35r turbo, intercooler, new ecu. what else am i missing and why is tuning to important? what should i look for when i have someone tune my car? and on top of that, i wanna run two bottles (if save and possible) with 75 hp shots of nitrous. any possibility of that or am i being too far fetched here? fellow members, enlighten

you're in 'a little' over your head for 500hp.
