Question Mazdaparts.com

Have any of you guys in the US dealt with Mazdaparts.com? I have e-mailed twice in the last few weeks enquiring about shipping times to Australia but have received no reply? Is there a problem with their website or are there problems with customer service? Their shipping costs to Australia are much lower than Rosenthal Mazda but I don't want to deal with them if they are unreliable.

He screwed me bad on an order. I ordered some Mazdaspeed shocks from him on a Tuesday under the condition that I wold have them by Friday morning. Well he charged me for air shipment but didn't send them out until Friday. I received them on Saturday about three hours after the deadline for regestration for an event, which I lost $100 on. He also had told me they we're shipped out on Wednesday. He won't hear from me again.

I've dealt with them a few times, and usually they have been pretty good. They are in the process of completely re-vamping their website. I know that is taking up a lot of their time lately.

Hey guys...Give him a break...
He is very very very busy lately and he had a serious injury some weeks ago..
As for the backordering is true...Japan is working veeeeeeery slow and they were under vacations some time ago...

I have dealt many many many times and all the times Matt, was very helpfull and all things went great..And guess what i am in GREECE....!!!I have bought from him arround 10000usd parts and everything is good...

Just be a little more patient ok?As fanman said reamaping a whole site with more than 3000parts is very big work which needs many many hours!

It was a drift event and the bad strut would compress but not rebound because it was binding internally. I think the shaft was bent so it deifinately wasn't worthy of hard driving.

I had an excellent experience with them when I purchased my MS body kit. Emails were quick to give me my shipping charges and tracking number. My MS front end was on back order, but he gave me an email when it came in, and when he shipped it out. I think I had to wait a little over three weeks on the backorder for the front bumper.
