Mazsport Cooling mod - does it work ?
#76
You are right because it is just a fan and if it is sucking extremely hot air going in, well you get it.
But I have to say it does work and that I have gone to meets and my car will be the only one blowing cooling my car down nicely. I didn't know you had this mod...what else are you hiding.

guys you can reduce temps well by adding a secondary radiator for less than $100--temps will never get over 200f( in the southeast at least)
this is the one I used

i installed this mod about a week ago and everything was well.... except.... two times i have went out to start my car and the battery has been dead... i notice that when i get out of the car and shut it off and the fan starts to run ... when i go back out to start the car that it is sluggish to start and or does not start at all due to a dead battery ... anyone else have this problem?... its an 05 with the factory battery so i am assuming the battery is still good. thanks for the input guys
Just arrived me the same thing

Mazsport is no longer in business but another vendor sells a unit that looks very much like the Mazsport unit RaceRoots. But I have never used them, I have dealt with Summit and they are great.
but I do not know if they are still on business

Bringing old thread back from the dead.
I just installes a used control kit on my car I bought from a forum member. My question is whats the life span of the controller that is placed in the collant line? If that sensor goes bad do the Relays still trigger the fans or will the relays not activate at all?
