Me and the Exedy Hyper Stage 2 Clutch/Flywheel
I have driven sticks for over 10 years now, including one with a 6 puck unsprung copper clutch (without a lightweight flywheel though).
When I got in the car, my wife came with me. After 5 minutes of driving, she said, "Take me home, I need a helmet to ride with you now."
After a week of driving it, I can pretty much so go without issues, except on an incline, where everyone seems to think they should pull up so close behind me that if I blew flames I could probably set their toupee on fire or move my seat back an inch and be sitting on their hood. Meh.
Pros:
Revs Like Mad
Pedal Feel is like stock... not heavy at all
No issues with 1-2 or any other high RPM shifts
No issues getting the car into R
Has great engagement and feel in upper rpm ranges
Cons:
Engagement is almost on off (not nearly as bad as a 6 puck), maybe 1-2"
It makes me look like a tool sometimes.
It rattles more than the stock even (exedy says it is absolutely normal)
Inclines are a biznitch when stopped on them.
The hardest part is training yourself how to deal with the studder when partially engaged. You have to let it out, but stock clutches you would want to give more gas or push in the clutch more. Do that with this clutch, and you will go nowhere (except maybe backwards when on an incline). I think part of it is adjusting to the lightweight flywheel as well.

Dang, after my install of the Centerforce Clutch and ACT prolite fly, it was much easier to shift than stock.
I can not comprehend how anyone could say it is a little harder and you have to get use to it.
Maybe I got the right set up fo me.

well, slavearm is using a full aluminum pressure plate and flywheel setup that probably has dual carbon friction disks and is half-size.
Aka, much lighter than any clutch flywheel combo that is "currently" available. Maybe 5-7 lbs lighter than a prolite & centerforce setup.
Centerforce with its extra heavy weight sort of counter-acts the positive effects of putting on a lightweight flywheel. The exchange is that you get great daily-drivability.

I had a Hyper Single in an RSX, lurved it. I've driven a Hyper Twin in an Evo, and it was also great. Have three friends with Hyper Twins in street-driven C5 Z06s, they all love them.
Haven't driven one on a rotary.
