NJ Mishimoto aluminum radiator install review

Preface...

Low speed fan was failing/failed and needed to be replaced. Purchased a gently used fan shroud from an 08 model. Made sense to replace/upgrade radiator as well.

Product came in within 2 days of the order and looks great. So far a day after the install, the radiator seems to be functioning well with no leaks.

As far as the install, I would give it a 6.5/10 for the fact that half of the mounting points did not line up. The product does requires some fabrication of sort as far as some of the mounting points are concerned.

Overall, a decent, solid, and budget friendly option over the OEM radiator.

Sorry to hear that, you would think after so many years they would change something.

it actually states that it is an "Exact OEM Fit" LOL real good joke Mishimoto, thanks for the headaches.

So I am in the process of the install and I have it all in there and snug, however my main issue is the nipple that has the hose that goes to the coolant reservoir is smaller than on the factory radiator.......WTF!! Now that hose will not fit on the radiator side......so I am wondering what you did to get that to work wowo76.... or anyone that can shed some light on that would be great.....
