MS CAI install problems

MS CAI install problems
This has been a long day, and let me just say “thanks” in advance to anyone that can help me out here.
Installed the MS CAI today (well….tried to install it anyway.) Got everything in according to the instructions, and it is all put back together. The problem is…the car won’t start. It cranks over, but will not start. I checked the MAF sensor, and it is on there tight, and I also checked the little cap on the throttle body vac line. It seems to be on there good too. When doing the install, the instructions were a little unclear on weather or not the VFAD was to be completely removed or just removed from the box, but I reasoned that because the line from the Vac chamber was disconnected there would be no need to have the VFAD plugged in. I removed the entire unit (VFAD and Chamber) and just zip tied the VFAD connector off to the side. Other than that, I’m sure I did everything correctly, but it just won’t start. Has a very high pitched wine when it is turning over but this is normal from what I read here.
I’m at a loss here. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all.

Found it….
There was a small gap in the bottom of the reducing coupler where the pipe had slipped out a bit when I was re-aligning to fit through the body. I re-seated the pipe, reset the ECU and ta-da!! Thanks Brettus.
