My New Toy (New Exhaust)....

same here..as much as i love sounds i don't think i'd ever put 2 10's or 12's back there..too much weight. A nice flip out/ dvd/ nav unit would be nice though. If you've ever driven a 350z you can easily feel the difference in lightness, and i used to drive 2 miata NB's!

You can easily have both.
It's my daily driver and I usually have my bling on .... 19" hiros, 1 10" sub, bodykit.
But on track days, I remove the sub (super easy to remove), throw on some light 17's with falken rt-615's and I'm good to go.
The bodykit actually doesn't add that much weight. I installed it and its not near the 100lbs that other people have speculated.
Fanman, WHERE's the picture of the exhaust?

Here's a few pics :

From the back they look much thinner than a standard exhaust. Side, the tips blend nicely with the body & the exhaust finishers.

Finally! But we can't even see it in the first two pics, looks pretty good from the side. So what's the verdict? Can you feel any difference? Hows the sound?

Sound is pretty good. Somewhat similar to the RB unit that I had before. Not superloud. Although the RB got pretty mellow after the turbo install. The tips are thinner/narrower than the chrome units on the RB, obviously for weight reasons. I wouldn't say I feel any difference in acceleration (from weight reduction or gained hp), maybe if I didn't have the Grand Touring model, along with the other stuff on my car. I think for an RX8 with minimal amount of stuff (no bodykit, stuff listed above) it might make more of a difference.

Honestly, I have no idea what warranty they offer. I've never had an cat back exhaust go bad on me, so I never asked them.
No video camera to get a sound clip with. No way to convert to an audio clip.
