I don't think you should install an exhaust on your son. The authorities and various human and children's rights groups will certainly be up in arms and knocking on your door.
Other than that, you get what you pay for, especially from ebay. I'd worry about overall quality and fitment issues. Install at your own risk.

I wouldn't. Exhaust parts take a tremendous amount of temperature cycling which is hell on welds. Most of the value you pay for in an exhaust part is the strength of the metal and the strength of the welds to resist this. The fraction you pay for is fitment. Unless it's an expensive knock-off, and then lining someone's pocket is the largest chunk of what you pay for.
Look at the image of the 2nd video without even clicking Play. Look at the right tip. It's not centered in the shroud, and that means fitment issues and even more likely to melt your shrouds. Toss in completely unknown weld quality (and metal, not all metals are created equally) and you are probably going to enjoy it for a few weeks before finding out you flushed $350+shipping+shroud replacement cost down the drain and have to either go back to the stock catback or even more for a quality option.
Pay for the quality up front and you won't be wasting the money. Pay for garbage up front and you will still pay for quality later, or revert back to stock with nothing to show for the money.
Low quality is a waste of time and money.

They also have it listed as being for 04-09 rx8s, which tells you they know nothing about this car. An s1(04-08) exhaust will not fit on an s2(09-11) without a bit of modification or using adjustable hangers to make it hang low.

I may buy one of these just to do a detailed review. I am getting bored with my Turbo XS. Cornholio135 recently helped a new local guy who has this exhaust and he said it actually looked and sounded great I am sure the packing will burn out quickly but then you can just weld in different muffles to experiment.

probably best advice in this situation since everyone is assuming you know what they are talking about, is to ask your son what exhaust he would like and get that.
