Talking N1 Rx8

ive been thinking about an exhaust system for our cars, since i made my own intake for my car (looks pro too :p ) i wanted to see if i can customize my own exhaust system, i was thinking of Dual N1's -yes i know its hard, thats why i wanna do it! does anyone have a pic with an 8 with Dual cans>?

i dont think it woulb be hard, just need to get a y pipe and weld it after the cat. Add a resonator as well if you need it, but i think it will sound like a beast.

Nope. Its an Apex'I muffler, my friend has one on his 240 and it sounds great!

for $800 it beter perform great as well. do some people actually buy exhausts because they look nice?

I had an Apex N1 on my 2001 GTI VR6. It is REALLY loud! 3 inch tip is real big. They tend to sound raspy too. I donno if two of these would sound that great ... but if you try it let me know. By the way, I got mine for $220.

hmmmmmm that picture doesnt show two cans. does anyone have a pic of two cans? i went to several exhaust shops and they said its IMPOSIBLE to space issue. and the bends the pipe has to take is pointless for the flow...................i guess b/c its too sharp?

N1's look terrible on an rx8, standard tips look much better.

Those are not N1's. They a a bit bigger and have a longer tip, thay also dont have that screen mesh that in that one. If you where to use the N1 all you wouls see is the tip and not the can becasue it would not fit through the opening like this one does.

It's close enough to the n1 "style" of cans.
