NA Hp improvements
I just orderd a bunch of **** for my rx8. Parts include agency power underdrive pulley, racing beat headers, aluminum waterpump and alternater pulleys, and racing beat revi intake system. Im going to dyno my 8 in the next two days, then once more after a get all the parts in and installed. Ill post up some results if anyone is interested. I'm hopein for 10-15 hp, sharp looks, and better sound. (even bought blue hoses... felt like blowin money) Ill be sure to post some pictures as well.

But hey sounds like you have money just sitting around so nock yourself out. Looking forward to hearing your disapointment.
Oh and unless you can dyno your car, install your new parts, and then dyno you car again on the same day on the same dyno your comparison is pointless.
Yea first time seeing someone try this, catching up through 5 pages of post and this was the most original one.

BECAUSE RACECAR

With those parts you listed I'll guess it's going to be less than 10HP. If you want to make an actual difference you should get an Accessport and a midpipe.

Should have searched better and made wiser purchases, like an accessport and getting your car tuned, and a mid pipe....mods that will actually give you power.

^ You know he isn't the first person to do these mods, right?
He isn't hating, just pointing out that we know what to expect from these mods, and the only item that can improve power production is the header, and then not by much unless it's properly matched to a full exhaust all the way to the tips.
Pulleys never add power. Never. An engine will make the same amount of power with OEM vs underdrive vs lightweight, etc...
Changing the pulleys just changes drivetrain losses slightly. Sometimes for the good, often not. Most underdrive pulleys for the 8 end up making it so that the alternator can't actually charge the battery, so you need to keep it on a battery tender pretty much every night, or deal with constant jumps.
It's not hating to simply tell the truth of what we know about our cars.

Momentum Keeps Me Going
Hey - let's give the guy a break for one good choice (well, the headers too)! At least the Revi is good for a couple HP, according to RB ...
