Need help deciding between RB catback and New MS catback
Yes I have searched and have all information on both exhaust systems. My biggest concern is how much louder is the new MS over the RB catback? I take long trips a couple hours away often and dont want a system that drones too much, but I guess there is always the radio right. I trust your opinions and will probably be happy with either one as I want a better exhaust note. I havent heard any aftermarket catbacks on a rx-8 in person so I have to go off the info on the internet. Any help from you guys is greatly appreciated. Thanks

You should have searched more... The RB exhaust is actually the quitest of the aftermarket exhausts.
From what I have heard the MS exhaust is pretty loud and is louder than the RB exhaust.
However, you gain weight with the RB exhaust, but you shave off a few pounds with the MS exhaust.

I also had problems choosing between the RB and MS exhaust and I ended up going with the MS exhaust. Most everyone seems to love the RB but it is probably one of the quietest exhausts. The MS exhaust does not drone, but it loud enough to be noticeable. I love how it sounds and I definitely recommend it.

Dont know anything about the b&b exhaust but I love my MS exhaust. For a long ride, id imagine you wanted the radio on. With it turned up to a decent decibal level and cruise control on, you wont notice your exhaust. Enjoy your trip and be safe.
