Need help with a swap of my rx8

You know you're going to have a seriously hard time doing it?
Anyway, the mounting points in the REW are different than those on the 13b-msp so you will have to start from there just to fit the engine.
Then there's the whole relocation of parts under the hood, especially concerning the analogic throttle body of the fd3s vs our drive-by wire one. The car Ecu will need to be changed too. The transmission should be a direct swap.
All in all i think that a turbo kit for our engine will be way cheaper.
Where's the job being done?

I don't think so honestly. i know that engines are very expensive here in europe but if you want i can tell you where to get a used one for cheap or where to ask for a rebuild
What's your budget?

It is illegal because you would be running on a non street-legal car anymore. You would have to have your car homologated by the german TUV according to the new specs etc.
In italy you can not even change an exhaust or intake for instance, wheel spacers or tyre size. Let alone an engine!
Many places are a bit more "elastic" for the addons but an engine would be troublesome everywhere.
Losing a car and paying a fee is no big deal though. Do you imagine driving over somebody and having to pay him from your pokets? Plus running without insurance is crime... and a non street legal vehicle is not covered!
