New guy, need exhaust

Hey, I'm the new new guy so I dont know if this has been posted or not. I love how this thing sounds and I need some help in locating all the parts (read: lowest prices). Any help is appreciated.

Well , to get it to sound exactly like that is going to cost you a lot. For the exhaust itself is around $1000 at www.hksusa.com . He also had the R-magic Catalyctic converter which is around $983 at http://www.japanparts.com , he also has the re-amemiya headers which are around $1171 at again http://www.japanparts.com Hopefully this helps a little bit.

Those are about the most expensive exhaust parts you could find for the RX8. Search in the aftermarket parts threads about what else is out there. There is a bunch of cheaper stuff that is still of high quality. There are many US manufacturers that make high flow cats and cat-back systems for less than $1000 combined.

here's my car when it was close to stock.

only exhaust change was the replacement of the stock catback, replaced with the borla:

It has the oem cat and intake.

Deeper than the HKS, and just $600-700 for this sound.

I have a Tanabe Medallion Touring on my rx8 and it sounds perfect. It is under 93ds, but if you step on it, the exhaust will be more spirited.

only thing is that they're a little pricey... but worth every penny!

Feeling the same......not only exhaust, one MS front bumper costs about $1000.
This is a place you might want to check the prices:
