that adjustable tip idea is bad ***, when people get body kits their exhausts are usually underhung..

ya i dont like the single tip i dont car how "good" it is and "cool" it is to look different. there comes a point to which we have to stand up and say where we draw the line. a single tipo on a dual tip car just doesnt look natural AND a bumper fitted and made to accomodate a single tip rx8 will look shitty as hell.... skip we see eye to eye on pretty much everything. It will definatly be ricey as hell. lets just make it a civic. i swear if anyone buys this..... i.... i..... ill find your car and rip it off. then jack your car cuz you dont deserve it and all you will be left with is a single tip shitty exhaust cuz i am about to jack and drive a car thats has so much rice in it it may as well be eaten.

ahhhhhhhhh.... sorry my rant is over now. what ever well see. no flames ive had a bad day. i had to get out som frustration.

Much anger I sense in you. Train you we will not....

I am not a fan of single exhaust on dual tip cars BUT if someone makes a kit for it, it won't look half bad. (as long as the kit is done nicely)

Like you said: we'll just have to wait and see....

oh silly silly rabbit, your totally missing the point here. Did you not read the other two pages first before blabbering again? I mean seriously, wtf does this exhaust have to do with a honda civic? For the 10th time this is a cat back exhaust made for turbocharged applications. Yea, you do have a point there about the dual exit bumper, but thats up to the consumer. This exhaust has been dyno tested to make more whp and torque over a standard cat back aftermarket exhaust, not only that, it's also much lighter. And seriously, whats with the comments?

Really shows your maturity level there buddy.
If you don't like the product then don't buy it, or don't bother looking at it, it serves a purpose, and it does what it was intended to do.

its not that it isn't "pretty".

it just needa a rear with single exhaust opening. lol. come'on. get it right. hell, it has titanium burnt tips. haha.

if everyone saw a left side pic of it or a pic of the left rear, you all know you would love it. the tips are great.

the unit was not designed for NA applications. There are no dyno numbers readily available at this time, for as this unit is still in its prototype duration. On another note, I wouldn't expect it to make that much more power over a dual catback aftermarket exhaust when installed on a NA renesis.

I'm also pretty sure the dB level would exceed the 95dB legal limit even with the stock Cat!

Attached is a really bad pic of the early prototype stage of this exhaust.

there are some exhausts from hks that have ti tips. not for the rx-8 application though. the only hks exhaust for rx-8 right now is the legamax and it comes in stainless steel tips.

Haven't seen one. I would guess that it would be in a similar boat with the current 2.5" duals (about 3 hp). The NA RX8 doesn't need 3" piping. The 2.5" is adequate for that application. This really is more for FI'ed cars.

nice try but in order to even make that fit he had to remove the exhaust shroud. Not only that, he had to angle that exhaust so much it is more prone to scraping...

I for one am glad they have a single, I hope its got some weight savings to go with the flow. Does anyone know wht it weighs?

Not everyone is show before go here, singles don't look that bad, in realty the due exhaust is for our car just adds weight with no performance gain.
