I just read the rules and i have come to the conclusion
that charles shouldnt start **** with people who just join.

Actually, people who have rotaries aren't "dumb", we can speak just fine. Just save yourself the trouble and go to the Z forum. You'll make a lot of friends there.

I already look at the z forums. I dont do it all the time but i look at them enough to know that any mod for a z is way better than any mod for the 8. I wanted to fix someones Rx-8 intake. I am learning that intakes produce 1-2hp. WTF. I went into this thread and all you do is bash the "new guy". I own a z and i would never buy an rx-8. I will tell you that once i finish looking at the these forums ill be even more eager to **** on any 8s that come my way just because of you people who are so stuck up with your so called "knowledge" about the 8. Thats great that you can jack off to facts about the 8 all day but ...you should really help those who dont have that time. dont flame the new guys flamers. We have been through all this nonsense about comparing the Z to the RX-8. However, the 350Z and the RX-8 are two different classes of car. If you do your research, perhaps you can name the differences.

One thing is very clear; we here on the RX8Club revere engineering by design and not by nameplate/model. This is exactly why one of our most beloved members had WRX in his username ane most of us actually like the guy. It is also why we on this thread continue to respond to your posts with a far higher level of respect than you have afforded the rest of us. We all know where the strengths and weaknesses are in the vast majority of sports cars out there and we love them and hate them for all those reasons. You will never find another group of people who can be so competitive, on one hand, and willing to help each other achieve their individual goals despite our differences, on the other.

This much CANNOT be said of the other auto forums out there.

On that note I propose the thread remain open.
