You've got me. I've been a long time rotary fan, but never owned one or got too much into it until the 8. Before that it was Mustangs for me... and actually that 2005 is damn tempting.

the sencond bit was just in general.

I agree racing beat is a reputable company.

Looks like this thing goes down in front of the radiator.. if that's the case.. It will still be able to get air from the front air dam

I just had to bump this thread since the name odula came up again but this item was not in it. Might have been discontiued since there seems there is no rain protection. But the shape has some valid design concepts. The phalic reference not withstanding.

Had the Odula intake pipe installed on 24/Dec/04, can feel better power when travel above 80km/h & the car is more responsive on hot day, had the full mazdaspeed bodykit & the intake pipe match perfectly with the big opening on the mazdaspeed front nose.

This has got to be the only time something looking like that and hanging downward limp looking like it does actually is capable of getting the job done.

Me too have order the Lock&Load's *****.... oops! the odula inake.

Me wants to have it installed and use sCANalyser at least to check the intake temp and MAF in controlled run? Anything else you want me to look at?

I am also getting a quote for pre and post dyno on the same day.

Will inform when I am doing it!

The scanilzer will be more informative as the dyno is static. The only improvment that it is going to get is from the cool air on a road trip. Don't think it is going to get ram air as you don't go fast enough. Just the coolest air available is your best bet.

Guys,
you can make one yourself for $50, doesnt LOOK like this but I believe just as effective. One thing is for sure. Our airbox needs the cooler air.

Wildcard in Australia has done it... cost him AUD$30 for tubing.

I am as inventive as this and I am not quite a handy man :p
If you are a handy man I am sure it is a very nice project. Wildcard have reduce the intake temp by 7 degree Cel
