Oh snap, generic engine back!

No name brand 2.5" engine back exhaust selling on ebay for $795 shipped lol. Your thoughts???

I'll let you know what's going to happen:

- Cheap MIG welds will break. Even my Mazdaspeed exhaust had issues due to vibration and heat. Imagine what kind of materials they used to create that system.

- Resonators will give out. Our cars generate a ton of exhaust heat. Regular glass-packed muffler, resonators, and etc. can not and will not stand up to the abuse.

- Sound quality isn't tuned on that system. It takes quite a bit to suppress a rotary's naturally loud exhaust sound. I bet you anything that the exhaust will sound like a weed whacker!

Stay away and just buy a used system that pops up for sale .

I learned my lesson about ebay years back, Its at least a good thing that the market is broadening a bit as far as the rx8 goes
