Only the Borla

Ok i have read most of the info about exhaust's. and I have narrowed it down to the Borla and the Racing Beat. I have had Borla on both of my Camaro's (SS) I no they make a great exhaust. I Have heard nothing but great things about the Racing Beat. So here is where I am caught between a rock and hard place. Any help would be great... Please dont say do a search cause I thats all I have done for the past 3 days...
one otherthing is the borla the only exhaust that shoots out the blue flames??????

stock exhaust will shoot flames.

borla claims more gains, but in reality im sure it's on par with RB. I'm partial to RB, as they've got more rotary expierence. but borla is strictly exhaust, so whatever

I cant really give you a comparison because the only exhaust i have heard in person was my racing beat. I can tell you that racing beat took a lot of time making this exhaust. The tips fill the holes very nicely and give a great tone. Its not too loud while driving around keeping the revs low, but when you rev it, it really comes alive.

Edit: I made 2 videos of the racing beat. Both are about 5mb each, but if someone can host them for me it would be greatly appreciated.

nope, the stock exhaust supposedly shoots out flames as well. It is just harder to make it shoot flames than the borla though.

I just istalled my Borla catback a week ago and couldn't be happier. Like yourself, I was in the same dilemma of Borla vs RB...but really, you can't go wrong with either. They're around the same price (i think?) both offer similar hp gains (again, i think) and both sound great.

At first, I went with the Borla over RB b/c I was sick of waiting for the RB sound clips to come out. But now, after hearing RB's, I prefer Borla and am glad I stuck with my choice.

Just had my Borla put on yesterday. So far, I could be happier. Great exhaust note!. After driving my car stock since August, I can say that I notice better throttle resoponse even at lower rpms. The car just wants to pull harder. You cant go wrong either way though.

There have been several threads about flames and you can find the info you are looking for on this thread. Just look at the bottom of the first page.

Can all Exhuast systems for the RX8 do flames or is it just the stock and Borla exhaust that can do this?

Sorry if it's been asked in the pass.

thanks
