I know Vivid Racing Sells them, but where else can I look??

I have it narrowed down to either a B&B or RX8store exhaust, although the Rotary Extreme is growing on me...

Any info would be appreciated....thanks

 

jeeez...there's like 5-6 or six of these same threads that pop up everyday... dam people..do some f---ing research before asking the same type of question that has already been answered in the past...

If you only knew how many hours I have checked this forum out and not freaking posted to keep you peeps from flaming at every question that is asked.....might be a little shocking to most...

But anyway, with the time you took to write such a helpful statement, you could have just as easily posted a link to the other 5-6 threads that have popped up in the past 2 days....

So I guess my apologies are in order for not searching every 3rd day for the same thing...since it was only 3 days ago that I searched and didnt come up with a list of places to get a B&B exhaust, all I got was which exhaust is Better??? threads.

So I can take criticism a little better if it is constructive, not just destructive, so rant and rave all you want to but next time, attach a link with it, and it won't force me to agree with nopistons about how petty this place is...OH WAIT, just the other day I was defending this forum to them....OH WELL...

 

Rotor8U, I hear ya about the Forum Police. I've had a lot of fun reading 15 page threads for hours and not finding the info I was looking for.

Anyway, I'm in the same spot as you with the exhausts. I finally settled on the RX8store system and should have it on this week. I think the B&B is one of the louder system and the Borla design is strange. The RX8store system looks like a good design and the price is reasonable.

Thanks man, I should head up to RX8store in columbus one of these weekend before I make my final decision. I know I need to hear/see in person to get the full effect

I like the looks of both the B&B and the RX8store, but just have to make a final decision I guess....choices, choices....

I am also going to order CZ stage 2 with midpipe and resonator...so I can't wait...I'm just split on the exhausts right now....

LOL, there NO info in that post. Nothing about actual gains or sounds. Nothing. I did read that before too.

 

for f*cks sakes, what is it you want to hear?? i can tell you absolutely anything you want to know about that exaust, and i don't even know what B&B stands for.

it sounds like *random description of low rumbly and powerful* and will give you anywhere from *bs number* to *bs number* gains.

know that until you actually hear the thing yourself you won't know if you like it (even rare sound clips from the 'net are good because they're sampled at a low quality, not to mention mic'd poorly, as they're usually taken with a camcorder or something, distorting the sound), and gains from just an exhaust are slim to none without tuning the motor itself, which has been emphasized and re-emphasized in tons of threads, over and over...

 

310Guy posted about how he found this thread in 30 seconds. My point was that the thread he posted was useless.

FWIW, I have never seen a forum that had as much bickering as this one. :-(

 

Kinda funny...but I wasnt really asking anyone's opinion on how the different exhausts sounded and performance oriented questions. I was just simply asking what other places offered the B&B exhaust to sell. I guess that question was overlooked since it was not in my thread title...Oh Wait....

Velocity has already purchased his exhaust so he doesnt need any more info either, he was just simply giving me his advice because he had the same problem with narrowing it down.

And he is right, there is a lot of negativity flying around here, and it is a shame to see such negativity coming from people that have great taste in cars.

So If you want to flame, then go out to your 8 and rev the hell of it or, just go to a Honduhhhh forum.

 

this forum is pretty rough sometimes
but some members are very helpful and worth staying here

one of my first posts was about how my modified civic was stolen and some people told me how ugly it was and I was lucky to have it stolen

Im just a big car enthusiast and each person has their own taste, and I just love rotaries, when I first bought my RX8, at that time, I had 4 rotary vehicles in my driveway!!!

im now trying to narrow it down to just 2, the 8 and my 89TII, which will be making 450whp @15psi when Im done with her.
I would consider myself knowledgable but by no means do I know everything.

But I totally agree that there is NO NEED for the negativity on this forum...but what can you do...
