If your coolant temps are low but you oil temps are still under 210 , I wouldn't worry about it. If you've made the cooling system more efficient and haven't touched the oil system, then of course you'll see a difference. You really need coolant and oil temps over about 180* optimally but you don't really want them any higher than about 210-212* or so. That is the optimum temperature range. When you get hotter than this you run into other issues that I don't think many people think about.

Detonation for one thing. Detonation is caused by hot pockets that ignite the fuel mixture spontaneously in an uncontrolled manner. If you have a hotter rotor, you are more likely to detonate. I know some people will dispute this but how many people have we seen have ping while street driving and how hot can Renesis oil temps get up to? Coincedence?

no doubt heat can influence detonation---# 2 rotor usually (on misfires). We are running a 10-1 compression ratio and some people like to run regular low octane gas and then run the **** out of it on the street with no cool down time.
I am thinking the same--i have done a few things to help the coolant system -but not a lot on the oil coolers.
Always something to do.
Buy the way I never see those kind of temps on the street ---only on the track--but then again the engine doesnt know the difference-it only knows it is hot.
