Possible Tuning Advantage?

Alright, I posted this in the eManage forum, but nobody said anything, and I think this could be possibly beneficial to somebody wanting to develop this. I'll just copy and paste from the other post...

Alright, I looked back in this sub-forum back a year, but I didn't see anything that looked too relevant to this... I haven't been on here all that long, but I have noticed something that I thought I should share. If this has been discussed (I'm sure it has somewhere) then feel free to direct me to the correct post.

Well, I tried to find a dyno graph, but I couldn't find one after 30 minutes of looking around.... Pretty sad since I just posted in one of the threads with one in it. If you know where one is, please post it in here to help me demonstrate my point!

Anyways, I noticed on the dynos that at each of the transition points for the intake crossovers (3750, 5500, 7250) there is a part of the graph that dips down before it comes back up. I didn't look at it too closely before, but I'm wondering if the extra injectors / variable ducting kicks in too early, or doesn't kick in soon enough?

If there was a way to program this out of the system (I'm guessing it is electronically controlled) by making it come on a bit earlier (maybe 2 or 300 rpm earlier) then it would help avoid a couple flat spots each time you rev the engine.

Discuss!
