not worth it. the most popular pulley kit is the agency power.

Well worth it in what way? In terms of cost-effectiveness, a pulley really brings negligible gains. Maybe a couple extra hp and a slightly more responsive rev. I'm about to order one anyway, just to dress up my engine a little more ;-)

37 horse gain, off of their pulley, exhuast, cat, and intake..... does that seem right?

Does that mean we agree that the dyno sheet provided on their website is BS?

Next week I will be standing on the Moon with a laptop, so I can check rx8club.com remotely

Yeah, they misplaced their decimal point, it should read 1.2 hp gain from their pullies, not 12 hp & 3 hp from their kit, not 30. I used to have their products. Nice stuff but way overpriced and total BS on their claimed hp gains.

I looked around and can't find an answer to this question. Does the AP pulleys underdrive the water pump? Or is the waterpump driven by a different source other than the pulleys? If it is underdriven, can I buy a pulley that will make it less underdriven? Any of that make since?

The AP Pulley is only a crank pulley, so it doesnt undrive the water pulley.

And the Unorthodox pulley kit(set of three for the Ultra SS), only underdrives the crank, the water and alternator are stock size. It's more of a bling thing anyway.....IMO(after having the Unortho's on for about two weeks). The Agency underdrives a little more than the Unortho's if I remember correctly.

I think the message here is save your money for a more effective mod, unless you're going for the bling. Lightened flywheel perhaps?
