Has anybody talked to Jim Langer about this ? I was not even aware that they would ever offer a group buy. Maybe Jason over at RX8Store, but I don't ever see large discounts on their products.

I would do one but there just isnt much discount in Racing Beat product. At the price I have them at now I make like $30 on each intake.

You are already giving a better offer than RB Jason, so i dont expect you to give much of a discount. There are already about 40 people that are interested in the group buy though, and the thread has only been up for less than 2 days. Maybe if we can get around 100 people or more to group buy we can get a discount from RB, Mazcare, or somewhere else. I simply cant justify paying 300-320 for something that gives 2hp

^---- Yah your right about the 300-320 and the 2hp gain. I understand all of the R&D that went into it but with at least 40 people already we should be able to place the large order with RacingBeat and they should (as if businesses always did the right thing) give us a better discount.

If you look at the threads, and dyno charts, it looks like much more than 2HP. I think that RB is just being conservative. There's also speculation that the ECU will learn the new intake and start robbing the power that is there once you first install it. I reset my ECU avery week or so to keep it at bay. Either way, you won't regret the purchase! It's awesome!
