Will the dual resonated midpipe by racing beat clear the auto's?

I read somewhere that mazsport doesn't clear it?
correct me if im wrong

 

The Racing Beat Resonated Race Pipe fits 04-09 RX-8. The dual resonated midpipe will fit both M/T and A/T. If you read somewhere that the Mazsport did not clear the A/T, do not worry. Even though Mazsport used Racing Beat resonators, Racing Beat used smaller resonators then what Mazsport used.
