I have the Whitelines and they are great. They are however a bit heavy as they are solid instead of tubular. The Tanabes are also supposed to be pretty good.

I doubt anyone here has tried both the whiteline and RB on the same car.... You will get a lot of one sided point of views....

There are alot of infos with just these 2 sways. You might wanna do a search and read up a little on them. And chances are you will come to a conclusion differently to someone else who reads these same informations....

From wat i gathers (when i was hunting for sways), both bars are good. I believe most sways would provide a fair good amount of improvements over OEM's. I went with RB.

Sometimes you just have to go with your guts feel.

Also heard the North America distributor of Whitelines gave the buyers a bit of problems with delivery.

There's a new US supplier here in our forum https://www.rx8club.com/driven-performance-equipment-98/august-swaybar-special-finally-68770/ who seems pretty objective and helpful, w/excellent pricing and deals. There are several lengthy and in-depth discussions on RB and WL bars + others, but as has been said, how many have tried both? (none?)

Major dif between WLs and others is WLs are argueable stiffer because they are solid, and they are adjustable, giving flexibility of tuning. Good luck!

The distributor was great when I ordered mine. Sent when they said and arrived when they said. Good job. My only issue with racing beat is they seem to be a bit too concerned with comfort when making their products. Their exhaust for example is far to quiet for my taste. I run a GReddy SP2 with a B&B midpipe and I love the "noise". I like my products a little more hard edged. But I admit that you can't beat Racing Beat on quality.

If you are looking for adjustability, keep in mind these are coming out.

Has anyone gotten bars that they felt were too hard riding. I don't want to have a jaring ride, just flat cornering. Also, the Whiteline says how much percent stiffer over stock they are, does the Racingbeat have the percent listed? Looked but haven't found yet. I will probably get the nonadjustable Whiteline for $115.00 a bar if they are not too hard. Only about half the cost of the Racingbeat, 6 lbs heavier, and lord knows I'm not gonna be crawling around adjusting them after they are installed. They seemed to be just a bit firmer than the adjustable's softest setting for roughly $50.00 less a bar.

Well, rx8store.net has the RB sways for $175/$150, or $325 for the pair, vs. the $230 for the Whiteline. The Whiteline are cheaper, but not THAT much cheaper.

I've got a racing beat rear sway and whiteline adjustable front sway. Haven't taken it to the track yet (2 more weeks), but I like the setup so far. The whiteline sway is heavy as a *****, but has already flattened the cornering and kicked the oversteer. Those Agency Power endlinks look sweet. I hope the bolts are the same size as stock so I don't have to drill my bars.

Sways don't really make the car 'hard riding'.

Springs can do that, shocks can do that, because they individually at all four corners change how long it takes for the the mass of the unsprung weight (wheels/tires/etc) to be handled when the road demands. You feel that as 'hard' or 'soft' because quicker released road force is preceived as 'hard', like some one punching you; soft is like a slow motion punch. Each corner acts independantly.

Sways, on the other hand, tend to act like a spring connecting front or rear wheel together, so a bump on one wheel is transmitted to the other throught the bar which acts as an torsion spring. As they get stiffer, this effect increase. If both wheels go over the same bump at the same time, the bar piviots and no effect is felt at all.

Bottom line, compared to stock sway bars - stiff sways can only cause maybe a little additional 'wobble' feeling that was not there going over one wheel bumps, and no feeling at all (due to them) when going over two wheel bumps.
