Revi duct question

Sorry if this is covered somewhere but I can't find a clear answer.
I've decided on installing the Rev-i intake and cold air duct.
Does the Ram-air duct sit at the top of the main air opening at the front? If so for those that have a front license plate does it sit in front of the intake?

It sits in the bottom half of the main opening.

Yes the front license plate does block part of the intake opening.

If you show up at Sherway Gardens Oct 19th I'll show you how it looks.

the top half of the main grille is not open, the US bumper bar is located directly behind it
