Revi intake sound and installation pics/instructions

Does anyone have a sound file of the Revi intake sound that they can post? How hard is the installation? Anyone have pics of their install?

Hey I can Help you out. I got the intake about two weeks ago and installation was a breeze but time consuming, about 2 hours by my self.

What they dont tell you is that you MUST take off the Front Bumper.

1. 4 screws in each wheel well
2. about 8 screw under the hood very simple
3. 10 screws underneath.
4. turn signals must come off.
5. remove the vacume hose off the fron (simple)

after that it literally take 15 mins. If i didnt have to take the bumper off it would be a 30 min project no joke. It sounds great barley noticiable but makes the car sound mean. No problems since installtion. Give me your email and ill get a sound clip for you. I hope I helped you out enought

The entire first page outlines how to take off the front bumper....bummer if you didn't get the correct instructions as it would have been a pain to start the install and then have to deal with the bumper

The instructions come with the package. Spend a good 5-minute read on the pages before you start, so that you could do everything on your own and the instructions will only be for reference in case you get lost.

I still have the steps in my head

ps. to those who have the REVi already, would it be wise to remove the plastic covering beneath and in front of the intake? You know, where the VFAD tube used to sit on. I have been tempted to take that thing off... is it just me?
