ROTARY XPERT - N.S. Racing Custom Single Exhaust

Here are some pics from my single center mounted custom exhaust. It is 3''.
In first you can see how well manufactured is the tubing. HKS-like, no sharp bends, no cuts and pieces. Round we go

This is quite shaken, sorry, but you can see how it goes under the car

This is with the bumper on, very fast so it is not good.

The exhaust is ROTARY XPERT Athens Greece Design and N.S. Racing(Popeye) manufacture. It weights about 10-11 kg and I shave of 7 kg from stock exhaust along with 8kg from stock cat(ROTARY XPERT high flow cat->4,8 kg and ROTARY XPERT Header which saves me another 3 kg) so I lose about 18-20kg from full exhaust system.

It has a very strong growl. I will post some more pics when I have time. Better ones of course!
Sorry for messing the HKS thread.

thumbs from the other thread. I will post sound clips, sometime...

I am trying to find some vids which I had with in car takes but all I can find is a dyno, so there it is. Many people want to hear how a single exhaust sounds. Take a hint!

P.S. I also have high flow cat and header installed so it may vary...

Honestly not a fan of the round center exhaust. I like the oval shapes on center exhausts like Porsche Boxster. Just my opinion though. The weight savings is really nice. What is the material?

I'd rather see dual center tips. I'd also like to see the stock openings replaced with a panel that blends in with the rest of the bumper so no one could ever tell they were there originally.

I had to hack the bumper(which has an aluminum panel behind it so if you go that way there is no turning back sadly) because I chose a straight through pipe to maximize flow. I had the option to turn it sideways but bends cut flow as I am aware.

The thing is that from these pics it looks ugly, I admit. But from other angles it is kinda unique and nice blending (if you see ghost's pics from side you know what I mean) As for the stock openings they are not installed in this pic I posted. I have installed black grille and painted them and is nice. From side view though something is missing. If I keep the stock bumper I will try and make some kind of panel to make it one piece, in the way RG is suggesting.

As for dyno numbers, I have the 4port EU version with 5mt and with all these mods I got 204 hp crank and 23,2 kg torque(this was good). With TRUST Pe Ti I had before I was at 197-198 crank so it is a good increase. The thing is that given the fact that my tuner only tampered the stock ECU (I am not using piggy) I have noticed a slight fall in low RPM's whereas in higher RPM's you can notice a differnece in pull and acceleration.

The levels of sound though are restrictive if you want to go undercover. There is no way. I will take some photos when I get my car back (I had a little accident and for replacing the oil coolers and the water radiator and a bumper, I wait three months now... Grrrr) Anyway, will be in touch soon I hope.

PS I don't know what the size of the tip is... I will ask and I will get back on it.
