Get a Canzoomer or EManage unit. You have to lean out your air/fuel mixture. When I first got the Turbo kit it popped (randomly) like crazy. Tuned it a bit and it was about 30% better, still didn't go away. Then, I put the stock cat back on for a while (popping was why I sold the SR unit in the first place), and the problem pretty much went away. I got an upgraded fuel management unit now, and they were able to dial out the popping completely.
